We are on a mission to help reduce the stigma surrounding athletes' mental health. By producing unique apparel that brings mental health/illness into everyday conversation while promoting awareness and understanding.
We donate 10 % of profits to a variety of organizations, including grassroots agencies, local hospitals, and universities, to help provide athletes with support services when and where they need it.
You do not need a membership to shop with us. If you are already a member and have been through the athlete approval process, you have been enrolled into our athlete ambassador program. Please email to learn more about the program.
On The Line was founded in 2017 by former University of North Carolina lacrosse player, Carly Reed. On a mission to highlight the positive impact that athletes have on their community while also building a supportive community for athletes in everyday life, OTL started out as an athletes-only brand. Giving back a % of profits to inner-city youth sports programs around the country. In 2017 alone, On The Line donated a total of $5,000 to Winners Lacrosse DC and UP2US Sports. After being fully immersed in the company and its community of elite athletes, OTL wanted to find a way to expand to the company while still keeping athletes at the forefront of the brand and its mission.
